Battle Of The Prophets – Part 2
We’re gonna be starting at Jeremiah chapter 30, verse eight and nine.
let’s pray. The Lord Jesus, father God, as we come before you today,
Lord, we wanna thank you, father, this is the time that we do stop and
celebrate the birth of your son, Jesus and Messiah, the savior of those
that believe upon him. And Father, as we come before you, your great
mighty throne, we ask, Lord Jesus, that your Holy Spirit would be
present in this place.
That Father, that the illumination of our eyes would be opened, that we
might be able to see spiritually, which your spirit is speaking into the
church today. And Lord, I ask Father, that you would guide me and you
would open the hearts of your people, your church, in Jesus mighty
name. Amen. we’re gonna start in Jeremiah chapter 30, verse eight and
nine.
Last week we was talking about Jeremiah and Hananiah, and I called it
the Battle of the Prophets. Watched some videos last week to bring your
attention back to your notes. If you guys would, we have Jeremiah,
there’s a battle going on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem, in the land of
Israel.
There is a battle going on. You have two prophets. Jeremiah is a good
prophet, and I don’t think that we’re gonna find very many people in the
church that’s gonna say he was a bad prophet. He, he’s a good guy. But
we find out in this battle that the children of Israel, the Levitical tribe,
even the, high priest looked at Jeremiah and wanted to kill him, and they
made him a bad guy.
Then we find out that Hananiah, he’s speaking the blessing and that a
curse is gonna be broken because there’s an argument about a yoke
being put upon the children of Israel’s neck. If we remind ourselves in
Deuteronomy and in the law of blessing, then there goes into the law of
cursing. In the law. The yoke is applied when there’s a curse, and we
find that the children of Israel’s yoke, it was wooden, but now through the
rebellion of Hananiah and those that speak a blessing upon the children
of Israel, he took that yoke off of Jeremiah’s neck and he broke it.
Jeremiah came back and said that you have making the yoke out of iron
and it shall not be broken
in chapter 30 of Jeremiah. This is three years after the battle that took
place on the Temple Mount. Okay? Three years later,
and this is some things that we read last week, just to bring back to your
attention so we can keep on going further. For it shall come to pass in
that day, say at the Lord of hosts, that I will break his yoke from off thy
neck and I will burst thy bonds and strangers shall no more serve
themselves of him speaking.
This is now Jeremiah. Okay. Talking about when the yoke is going to be
broken. Now the false prophet Hananiah, he said that that yoke was
gonna be broken in two years. Now I wanna bring to your attention that
this is three years after the fight that took place, two years of gone by the
children of
Jerusalem and Judah. But for certain, the words of Hananiah did not
come about because the yoke has not even been applied fully yet. And
he said that they were all gonna come back within a twofold years. Now
the two full years has expired.
Hananiah is dead because as we’re gonna read, Jeremiah speaks in the
name of the Lord and he prophesies about Hananiah, and he says that
you’re gonna die within one year. And we find out that the date and the
time is recorded. When Hananiah died, now he prophesied blessing
upon the children of Israel. No blessing has come and the curse has not
yet been fully applied because they have not went into captivity.
Jeremiah is speaking. In the name of the Lord and he’s prophesying.
When the yoke is going to be broken, when is it gonna be broken? this is
what it says, and it shall come to pass in that day, said the Lord of host
that I will break his yoke from off thy neck. That is King
Nebuchadnezzar. Okay?
Through his sons and his son sons. And after a period of 70 years that
we understand that was written in Daniel, that he understood in the book
of Jeremiah that they would go into captivity 70 years. After the 70
years, then this yoke is going to be broken and will burst thy bonds and
strangers shall no more serve themselves of him.
So Jeremiah is prophesying three years after the battle that they are
going to come back, and when they come back, that yoke shall be
destroyed. Okay? Verse nine. But they shall serve the Lord their God
and David their king, whom I will raise up unto them. This is where I said
last week, that when Jeremiah was spoken, in this time period right here
in our chart, that we see that King David was 500 years before Jeremiah
spoke these words.
And we gotta ask ourselves, is God gonna raise King David from the
dead and bring him back and make him king? Or is he speaking of
Jesus Christ? This is why we have to go to the Book of Revelations and
we gonna read Jesus’s words. We’re not gonna read Kenneth
Copeland’s words. We’re not gonna read Jonathan Shuttlesworth words.
We’re not gonna read their words and we’re gonna read Jesus’s words.
And this is what Jesus said. I Jesus have set my angel to testify unto
you. These things in the churches. So who’s he speaking to? Jesus
Christ is speaking to the church. He’s not speaking to the children of
Israel. He’s speaking to the church and he says unto you these things in
the churches, I am the root and the offspring of David and the Bright and
morning star.
Where did Jesus Christ say he came from? Jesus Christ is fulfillment of
prophecy. He hath come. Okay, now let’s go to Romans chapter 15.
Romans chapter 15, 10 And again, he’s sayeth. Now this is the Apostle
Paul. We’re gonna be talking about his life today. We’re gonna see a
pattern, okay? And that’s what we’re supposed to be finding a thought, a
pattern.
That continually goes from the beginning of the book to the end of the
book. If you wanna call it one book, it’s one continual thought. So we find
that this thought started in Deuteronomy, which is in the Torah when it
started with the blessings and the cursings. And nobody in the church
wants to recognize that Israel can be cursed, not from the devil, but of
God.
And this is what we’re learning. And I’m gonna show you where they
miss it, because they think that God, all he does is just bless and that’s
all there is blessings with the children of Israel. Okay? It says, and again,
he said, rejoice. He Gentiles with his people. Now you that have already
been educated and your eyes have already been open because you
believed on the Lord Jesus Christ, that you could understand that the
Gentiles shall praise the Lord with his people.
So who is his people? The children of Israel? The Jewish people where
the promises were made to them and those that believe on his son, we
are added unto them because they came before we did make sense.
Okay. Verse 11, and again, praise the Lord all ye gentiles and lewd him
or praise him all ye people. How many people all together as one?
His people and the gentiles all together as one. Now this is what the
apostle Paul is quoting Isaiah. Okay, now we’re gonna go over here to
our chart and we’re gonna see that Isaiah came about 130 to 140 years
before Jeremiah. He’s just another prophet sent before Jeremiah saying
the exact same thing.
Well, we’re gonna see if he’s saying the same thing. Okay? It says
again, Isaiah sayeth, there shall be a root of Jesse and he that shall rise
to reign over the Gentiles in him should the Gentiles trust. Now you think
that’s talking about King David, or is that talking about Jesus? Jesus.
Next please. Now let’s go to Jesus’s words in Matthew chapter five,
verse one, and we’re gonna go through one through 12.
Okay.
And seeing the multitudes, he went up into the mountain and when he
was set, his disciples came into him and he opened his mouth and
taught them, didn’t preach to ’em, didn’t lay hands on them. What’d he
do taught him saying Blessed are the poor in spirit. Now, do you see
where he said anything at the very beginning?
Blessed is Israel. He doesn’t start out with that. See the videos that we’re
watching from the Christian Zionist today on our telephone and on our
TV sets, they’re all saying whoever blesses Israel will be blessed
because they have been blessed since the creation of time.
The God’s chosen people. They’re blessed all the time. So as we look at
this and it says, blessed are the poor and spirit for theirs is the kingdom
of heaven. Who’s blessed, poor in spirit. Didn’t say poor in your
pocketbook, said poor in your spirit. Next please. Blessed are they that
mourn didn’t say blessed?
Are they are happy? That’s not what Jesus said. Next, please. Blessed
are the meek. Next please. Blessed are they, which do hunger and thirst
after righteousness. It doesn’t say blessed are they? Which do hunger
after the word of faith. It ain’t what it says, is it? ’cause we know that
there’s a difference between the word of faith and the word of
righteousness.
Jesus said, blessed are they, which hunger after righteousness. Blessed
are the merciful. Blessed are the pure and heart. Blessed. Are the
peacemakers blessed? Are they Which are persecuted for
righteousness sake. It doesn’t say blessed are they, which are
persecuted for the word of faith sake.
It doesn’t say that does it? It does not say word of faith. There it says
word of righteousness. Blessed argue ye, when men shall revile you,
persecute you and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely for my
sake. Now, let’s go over here to these prophets. Back in the Old
Testament. Now let’s compare the children of Israel and Jesus.
Now he said, blessed are they that persecute you. Now, which one
would hand and I be on? Which one would Hananiah be on? He would
be on the blessing side, would he not? Jeremiah would be on the
persecuted
Side.
Now let’s put Jesus there.
Now, who’s persecuting? Who? Jeremiah will be persecuted.
Blessed are ye, which men shall revile you and persecute you and shall
say all manner of evil against you, falsely for my name’s sake. Verse 12.
Rejoice and be exceedingly glad. For great is your reward in heaven
according to all these preachers. Your reward’s gonna be great here on
earth. That’s what they say right now is your reward right now.
The Lord’s gonna bless you for blessing his people for so persecuted.
They the prophets, which were before you. Now the children of Israel.
Persecuted who? The prophets. Now let’s go back over here and look at
the prophets. Which prophet did they persecute the children of Israel.
They, Hey, they persecuted Jeremiah, didn’t they? They persecuted
Jeremiah. This is exactly, see, are we gonna be on Jeremiah’s side? Are
we gonna be on? Hananiahs side, Jeremiah’s, Jeremiah. They don’t
want to acknowledge this battle took place in our Bibles. now we’re
gonna go back to Jeremiah chapter 28.
Verse 15 through 17, A recap, finishing up on the battle, then said the
prophet Jeremiah, said to Hananiah the prophet hear Now Hananiah the
Lord hath not sent thee but thou makest this people To trust in a lie. So
Hananiah was getting the high priest, the Levites, the king, the
princesses, and all the children of Israel to believe in a what a lie.
And What was Hananiah speaking on the children of Israel? Blessing.
Blessing. And Jeremiah is saying, you’re making the children of Israel to
believe in a lie,
therefore, thus sayeth the Lord. Behold, I will casie from off the face of
the earth. This year, thou sht die because thou has taught rebellion
against the Lord. This is what Jeremiah spoke these words to Hananiah
see, like I said last week, when you’ve never read this story and you
read it for the first time, you don’t know which guy’s the good guy or
which guy’s the bad guy, until you get to the end.
The false prophet taught rebellion. Listen, rebellion. Rebellion is as the
sin of witchcraft. That’s what it says. Rebellion’s, bad, real bad. And
Hananiah is teaching the children of Israel to rebel. What does that
mean? The Lord says, don’t do this, and you go do it.
It. You can do this and you don’t do it. You are rebelling a rebellious
child that when your dad and mom tell you stop doing that, and you
deliberately go and do the opposite thing that they tell you to do, that’s
called rebellion you.
So Hananiah, the prophet died the same year in the seventh month, and
even that date right there is even recorded. Do you guys see that? Okay,
let’s go to Matthew chapter 11, verse 25.
We’re gonna start reading some of Jesus’s teachings. Remember when
we just took him up to the mountain? He said, I’m gonna teach you. He’s
gonna teach. This is what we’re doing. We’re learning Jesus Christ
teachings. At that time, Jesus answered and said, I thank the old father
Lord of heaven and earth because thou Hass hid these things from the
wise.
Now we need to understand what Jesus Christ is speaking because he
isn’t speaking to the world. He’s speaking to the Jewish people. Okay?
Them as a people, not as 12 separate tribes, not as two separate tribes,
because they already came back as one people, and now Jesus Christ
is speaking to them as one body, as one group, collective, as one.
No different than when I say the Holy Spirit is speaking to the church
body as one. the Holy Spirit is speaking to the children of Israel as one
body. It says at this time, Jesus answered and said, I thank the old
father Lord of heaven of earth because thou has hid these things from
the wise, the prudent, and has revealed them unto babes.
let’s look at the word prudent. Okay? It doesn’t mean prideful doesn’t
even come close to it. Okay? Mentally put or putting together, okay? He
hides this from those that are able to put things together.
Sagacious Okay. Now listen, let’s look it up in the dictionary what it
means, because that’s not in my vocabulary make sense.
Now it says Sagacious. Here you go wise. Look, foresee. That’s
something in the future foreseeing, it says, quick of scent as a sagacious
hound, strictly, perhaps following by the scent. So this is bringing you an
understanding. What does a hound dog do? What does it do? It tracks. It
picks up a scent. Okay. This is what the word means.
It’s able to pick up the scent. It’s able to, you are not able to. The dog is
able to because that dog is smart. He’s created like that. Okay, now let’s
look at number two. quick of thought. Acute in what? Discernment. This
is what prudent means. Now let’s go back and read. At that time, Jesus
answered and said, I thank the Oh father Lord of heaven and earth,
because thou has hid these things from the wise and those that are able
to discern those that are smart, those that are able to put things
together.
He hid it from them, he said, and has revealed them unto babes So he
has not revealed them to the prudent, the prudence is a good thing, and
he have not revealed them to the wises. He’s revealed them to babes.
now let’s watch this video and I wanna bring to your attention.
Where we are in the church today when it comes to discernment, listen.
Discernment. What is discernment? Being able to tell between what?
Good and evil. Okay, let’s listen.
Oh, okay. Go ahead. Is if, if Rom thinks this is pertinent, I’ll listen to our
friend, brother Jesse and everything God does is very expensive. Amen.
Very expensive. Yes sir. He don’t have no pole dunk in him at all. He
don’t find gravel on the streets. Wow. Yes. And if he lays streets down
like we do, the average concrete street is nine inches thick.
And what is gold? 1100, 1200 something dollars an ounce. This is back
nine inches thick. 1500 miles.
Think about that for a minute. He don’t think about steel for gates. He
makes ’em out of pearl. His foundation’s a Diamond Barrel, Jasper,
Onyx, Rubik, pause. I’m telling you, listening to this kind of stuff, will, will,
will make you different if you meditate, like where the Bible says set
your, set your, uh, affections on things that are on that are above, not on
that, which is below.
Thinking about how God thinks changes your, your mind about things.
Continue evil for Gates. He makes him out of Pearl. His foundation’s a
diamond barrel, Jasper, Onyx, Ruby,
God, and he says, I want it here. But see, the church don’t have
knowledge of that. They think that’s greed. Most people that go to church
will not understand heaven. They’re gonna have to go to Bible school. All
right. Go to Sunday school. Y’all. You didn’t get it. Your whole life down
there, come up here.
Because some people gonna walk up there. This ain’t right. This ain’t
right. They gonna see them go, see, this ain’t right. And Jesus gonna
say, well go to hell.
Nobody like him. Next.
Now, this wasthis week. play, the next one, please. Same video.
Because the anointings not on the denomination. It’s on the men, it’s on
it, it’s on the men or women. And then religion’s always trying to devalue.
It’s like when the thing, uh, what was the school in Kentucky? Asbury,
right? You know, this is a nameless, faceless revival, and that’s how it’s
gonna be in the last days.
No one’s gonna know who the preacher is. It’s like bull crab. If you’re
packing a stadium out, someone’s got Billy Graham never tried to get his
name out there, but when you’re filling Yankee Stadium, everyone in
saw someone say, Hey, who was that? And re and remember who it
was. God. God chooses men. I mean, even, even look at, uh, revelation
one to three, there’s no write this letter to the board of the Church of Leo
Deia.
Correct. Or the leadership team or the parking pastor. Right. It’s write
this letter to the angel of the church who, who was the pastor? And it
says in Second Samuel, I was just preaching on this one or two weeks
ago, but it says in Second Samuel of David when it lists his, um, strings
of successes and it says, and the Lord made David famous in all of
Israel.
The Lord elevated his fame. So it’s like, yeah, Billy Graham didn’t set
out, you know, to make a name for himself, but he’s got a pretty fat
library today on a couple hundred acres and you know, in his own
parkway in North, North Carolina. You know, I mean, think about it. It it’s
the, it’s the first lines of the Abrahamic Covenant.
I will bless you and make you famous, right. Or make your name great.
I’ll make your name great. Right. That so you, again, it’s like with the pro,
anything that deals with personal blessing, religion hates you. It’s not
about our name, it’s not about how much money we have. No. Yes.
Actually, part of the blessing, along with everything else is that I’ll give
you a, a truckload of money and I’ll make your name Great.
If you make my name great. I’ll make your name great. Right. As.
Let’s look at the discernment in the church.
Let’s look at their discernment in the church. That they can’t tell the
difference between you being in love with Jesus, or you being in love
with his kingdom.
Now you guys understand what I’m talking about.
Their eyes are closed. They can’t see spiritually, they cannot discern.
You guys understand? They cannot discern. Their eyes are closed. No
different than the children of Israel were when Jesus spoke these words
spiritually. Jesus spoke these words to the children of Israel that their
eyes were closed spiritually.
No, I’m doing is just asking you, where are them preachers eyes.
Spiritually right now, as leaders in our church, they are likened unto the
prostitute Israel like unto them. Next, please.
This is what Jesus said at that time, Jesus answered and said, I thank
the oh Father Lord of heaven and earth, because thou has hid these
things from the wise. And from the prudent and has revealed them unto
babes.
Now this is Matthew 25, verse four. Now
this is where Jesus was talking about the 10 virgins. Okay? And as we’re
looking at the church today, spiritually, and I just showed you that their
eyes are closed spiritually because they cannot discern between the
earthly and the heavenly. Okay? They cannot discern that. And this is
where we are spiritually before the second coming of Christ.
And this is where Jesus said it’ll be like to 10 virgins. but the wise took oil
in their vessels. What is the oil? It is the word. Who’s the vessels? We
are the vessels. We have the word within us that it’s not about you. It’s
about his son, Jesus Christ. It’s not about the kingdoms of this world nor
the gold of this world or the prestige or the fame.
It is all about Jesus and his kingdom.
Verse five. Now, this is what I’m referring you to when Jesus said, while
the bridegroom tarried, that means he didn’t come, and obviously he
hasn’t. It says they all slumbered and slept all were guilty. Now, what is
the position of your eyes when you’re sleeping closed? What is the
position of your eye when you’re slumbering?
That’s spiritual. Where are their eyes spiritually? Close.
They’re sleeping.
Next, please.
Matthew chapter 11, verse 25.
Just to rehearse. And at that time, Jesus answered and said, I thank the
oh Lord of heaven and earth because thou has hid these things from the
wise and the prudent and has revealed them unto babes. Verse 26.
Even so father for it so seemed good in thy sight. So God the Father
was for the children of Israel’s eyes to be closed.
He just said it seemed good in the father’s eyes. Verse 27, all things are
delivered unto me of my father and no man knoweth the son. Hey, no
man, knoweth the son. This is what it said. No man knoweth the son, but
the father neither knoweth any man. The father saved the son. And he to
whomsoever the son will be revealed.
You cannot understand the Father. You cannot understand the son
unless the Holy Spirit reveal it unto you. Man can’t do it. Fleshly man
cannot do it. We can look at King David’s life and the Holy Spirit was
within him and the Holy Spirit revealed the son of God to David before it
was even presented to me and you before it was even presented into
the whole entire world.
David himself could not do it by himself ’cause Jesus just said, no man,
knoweth. You gotta finish the sentence unless the spirit of God reveal it
unto you. Next please. Coming to me ye that labor and rest are in heavy
laden. Okay? Now if he’s still speaking to the children of Israel, ’cause he
is not speaking to you, Gentiles.
See, the Lord Jesus Christ has not been sent to you specifically yet. Not
to you, not to you, to the children of Israel. And when he said this, all ye
that labor and are of heavy burden. What labor is Jesus Christ talking
about? What burden is Jesus Christ talking about? We’ve been talking
about a yoke.
We’ve been talking about a curse that has been put upon the children of
Israel, and there’s been an argument about the curse being applied to
children of Israel for 2,500 years, actually more than that, almost three,
3000 years.
Romans chapter three, verse 20. This is what the Apostle Paul says,
okay. Therefore, by the deeds of the law, there shall no flesh be justified
in his sight.
This is what the Apostle Paul said, no flesh is gonna be justified in the
sight of God. Nobody. So the children of Israel cannot stand before God.
And say, we declare that we have did this right. No flesh is gonna be
justified by the law. So if Jesus Christ says nobody under the law is
gonna be justified, then how is it that the children of Christ are saying
that the children of Israel are blessed in the law?
How are we as followers of Christ? We can say with the same tongue,
with the same voice, we can give praise under our Lord Jesus Christ and
turn right around and say, the children of Israel are blessed.
we should not be blessing the Lord and blessing the children of Israel
that rejected his son and it come out of the same mouth and out of the
same breath. That’s called a fork tongue.
now let’s go to Matthew chapter 11, verse 29. Then go back. This is
what Jesus said, take my yolk upon you. That sure is something that
we’ve been talking about. A yolk for 3000 years ain’t something people,
3000 years, we’re still talking about a yoke. Jesus Christ is talking about
a yoke, isn’t he?
So here we are after they’ve came back from Babylon. Reestablished
themselves according to the promises that was given to the children of
Israel. Came back into rebuilt them streets, came back and rebuilt the
temple, came back and reinstituted the children of Israel and in the
sacrifices. And here we still see that Jesus Christ is talking about a yoke
that’s still on the children of Israel.
So it’s still there, isn’t it? Because Jesus Christ isn’t a liar. Jesus said,
take my yoke upon you and learn of me. What was he telling the
disciples he was teaching them. Learn of me. See, we’re not learning
about Jesus in his ways through these preachers. We’re learning how to
get rich.
Well, you think you’re gonna get rich when you’re actually the ones.
Getting rich and you’re actually getting poorer in your bank account, and
in the blessings of heaven are getting poorer. The real riches,
this is what Jesus said, for am meek and lowly in heart, and ye shall find
rest in your souls. Not talking about the physical body, is he? Jesus
Christ isn’t talking about the physical body. He’s talking about the rest
into your souls. That which is eternal.
now we’re gonna go to the book of Isaiah because like I said, these are
all in the same time period. Okay? And when I say time period, two or
300 years, okay? Before they went into captivity. And Isaiah is about 130
years before Jeremiah. Okay, now
let’s see what Isaiah’s talking about. He’s prophesying to the children of
Israel. He hasn’t even told them that they’re gonna go into captivity yet
with the, with a, with a yolk of iron. But he is prophesying about how
they’re going to be set free in the future. And it shall come to pass in that
day that his, his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder and
his yolked from off thy neck and the yolk shall be destroyed because of
the anointing.
You guys see this, this is what Isaiah’s saying. That the time is going to
come, that that yoke is going to be destroyed. And this is where you get,
and the yoke shall be destroyed by the, the anointing.
the yoke is destroyed of the anointing. It is used in the Old Testament.
Now, who do you know that was baptized and was anointed and a form
of a dove as a form of a dove came from heaven. And John the Baptist
was a witness of that. And the anointing landed upon the son of God.
Now you know. Anybody else like that?
When you got baptized and water did a dove, did anybody testify of a
dove coming from heaven and land upon you? Nope. I didn’t think so.
Now Jesus Christ talks about a yolk. He didn’t say that you’re gonna be
yolk free. He said, take on my yoke Next, please.
let’s talk about Hananiah, Jeremiah and the issue at hand, because all
we’re doing is coming over to this chart and we’re seeing another 500,
550 years have gone by. The temple’s been restored. Jesus Christ is
walking the earth, and we’re gonna see whether the blessing has
changed towards the children of Israel.
has the words changed? Okay, because I want to get on the side of
what the children of Jesus Christ and were chosen of God. I wanna
know what they’re saying ’cause I wanna be on their side, don’t you? If
the apostle Paul is saying one thing, then I wanna be on his side. If
Jesus Christ is saying one thing that I wanna be on his side, if all them
12 disciples are saying one thing that Jesus Christ taught him, then I
wanna be lined up with the disciples, don’t you?
And I wanna find out through scripture, are the disciples and Jesus
Christ, and the Apostle Paul and others that are written in our, in our
text, are they on Hananiah side or are they on Jeremiah’s side? That’s
all I’m asking because Jeremiah was cursing the children of Israel and
Hananiah was blessing the children of Israel
Hananiah said, the Yoke is going to be broken. That means he’s turning
a curse back into a blessing and Jeremiah’s prophesying and he’s
saying a curse. And he’s like, you ain’t even seen nothing yet. You think
it’s bad now you just turn it into yokes of iron and this shall not be
destroyed.
Let’s refresh ourselves. What did Jeremiah, what did he speak out of His
mouth. What did he speak out of? His mouth. He spoke against the city
of Jerusalem. He spoke against the people, the children of Israel. He
spoke against the temple on the temple Mount and he said, Israel shall
not have peace. Now we go over here to Hananiah and we find out that
he’s a false prophet because they didn’t come back in two full years.
And he says he is for the city of Jerusalem. He’s for the children of
Israel. He’s for the temple on the Temple Mount, and he was for peace
for the children of Israel. Now, let’s go on over here to Jesus in chapter
24 verse one, Jesus went out and departed from the temple and his
disciples came to him for the show him the buildings of the temple.
So what are they looking at? What are they looking at? He looking at just
not the temple. There’s many other buildings on that Temple Mount
The first temple’s tore down. They come back and they rebuild the
second temple. There’s other buildings upon the temple Mount. Jesus
Christ is deliberately saying, show you the buildings of the temple. Verse
two. And it says, in Jesus said unto them, see, not all these things.
What’s Jesus Christ referring to? He’s referring to all the buildings in the
temple. On the temple Mount. And he says, verily I say unto you, there
shall not be left here. One stone upon another that shall not be thrown
down. Now, it didn’t sound like Jesus had a problem with it, did he? He
prophesying that that temple is going to be thrown down every single
stone, not one stone left upon another people.
How is a house built? How is the house built?
One stone. One stone. One stone. You wanna make it wood, then go
ahead and frame up a wall. And it takes a stud. With a stud. With a stud.
Now sounds to me like Jesus knows exactly how to tear down a house
and he also knows how to rebuild a house. You think you’re the only one
that can destroy something God would never destroy.
He wouldn’t do that. All he does is bless all the time. He’s goodall the
time. And even we find ourselves in our life turning down houses.
Destroying houses that you can’t even find the life of those who were
raised in a house and farmed and we’re the only ones that are able to
destroy that.
You can’t find nothing about those that lived and raised their families on
a little partial of land. And here we are a hundred, 200 years later and
can’t find a trace of them people that was raised in a house, and only the
man can do that. And you don’t think God can’t do it. You don’t think God
can destroy one house and build another?
Whose house are ye? fitley framed together Now? What house do you
think he’s talking about? People you think Jesus Christ is concerned
about that temple? No. Let’s continue to read. This is a recap from last
week, a recap. This is what Jesus said. Oh, Jerusalem. Jerusalem. Now,
is he talking to a one of people or is he talking to a bunch of bricks?
Is he talking to streets or is he talking to people? He talking to people,
isn’t he? Because Jerusalem is a people. It says, oh, Jerusalem.
Jerusalem. Thou that kill us. The prophets. Who were they wanting to
kill? Jeremiah. Jeremiah’s not the only one,
stones them, which are sent to thee. How often would I have gathered
thy children together, even as a hen, gathered her chicks under her
wings and ye would not. They refused to believe upon our Lord and
Savior Jesus Christ. They refused. Well, I’m not saying all. Where do
you think you get the disciples from?
Where do you think the Apostle Paul comes from? It is they that believed
on the son of God, and we as Gentiles are grafted into their faith, into
their covenant, Jesus Christ. Make sense? Okay. Next, please. This is
what Jesus said. See, this is what Jesus said. Matthew chapter 23,
verse 38, right before chapter.
This is what Jesus said. Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.
And what house do you think Jesus Christ is talking about? People. It is
left to you desolate. And the next place that he goes, not saying the next
day, but according to scripture, the next place that he goes, he’s looking
at their house the temple.
And he said, not one stone is gonna be left upon another. You’re gonna
be destroyed. Throw down next, please. Now let’s go to Acts chapter six.
Okay. Now
this is not a disciple. This is one, a Jewish man that believed on the Lord
Jesus Christ, and he was a servant. Listen, a servant, he even says that
he served tables. Listen, a servant. Now let’s read about this man. It
says, and Stephen, full of faith and power. What kind of a Christian was
he? What kind of a follower of Christ was he full of?
What? Faith, full of power, and did great wonders and miracles among
the people.
what kind of man was this guy? verse nine. Then there are arose
certain of the synagogue, which is called the synagogue. Please don’t
make me read all them words. Disputing with Steven. Okay, so they had
an argument with Steven.
Verse 10, and they were not able to resist the wisdom and the spirit by
which Stephen, he speak Verse 11. Then men, which said, we have
heard him speak blaspheming words against Moses and against God.
Now listen, what is Stephen being accused of? Now we’re gonna find
that these are the children of Israel right smack dab into Jerusalem,
And it says, what is Steven accused of speaking? What is Steven being
accused of speaking against?
The law, what do you think Moses is and against God Verse 12, and
they stirred up the people and the elders in the scribes and came upon
him and caught him and brought him to the council and set up false
witnesses. Which said this man ceases not to speak Blaspheme words
against his holy place.
Now what are they accusing? Stephen of speaking against Temple.
Temple. Now what side do you think?Steven on Jeremiah? Jeremiah’s
side. See, all I wanna know is.
When was the curse changed? Back to the blessing. That’s all I wanna
know
because this is after the cross people Steven’s testimony that he’s
getting ready to give his life in the next chapter. They’re getting ready to
kill him. Being on Jeremiah’s side,
see, this argument was still taking place. On the Temple Mount not quite
2000 years ago, and we find the same argument taking place in the
church today, and all I’m asking is when did it change? When did it
change
against this holy place in the law? Verse 14, for we have heard him say.
That this Jesus of Nazarus shall destroy this place.
What was Stephen saying? What was Stephen speaking out of his
mouth? Stephen said, Jesus said he shall destroy this place. What was
Jesus Christ teaching? What was in the teachings of Jesus, that it’s not
about that place. It’s about the place in your heart, towards God,
and shall change the customs which Moses delivered unto us. You guys
see this shall change the customs. Now this is what Steven said, Jesus
said. And all I’m asking is when did God change his mind? When did he
change it? Next please.
Acts 21. Now we’re gonna jump up to the apostle Paul. Okay. The
Apostle Paul. And surely we can all understand. That he came before us
and that we need to have an understanding that there was no hope for
the Gentile people. No hope. See, I don’t think that we can comprehend
in our brain what no hope means for people that were in our position.
See people died. Yeah, every single day, year after year, after year,
after year after year, and had no association with the children of Israel
whatsoever. And I don’t know about you, but that would be billions of
people.
Through thousands of years, billions of people have died with no hope at
all. And that’s where we were. That’s where our ancestry, if you like the
children of Israel, Israel, they can take their blood all the way back to
Abraham, and you go ahead and take your blood all the way back to
where it came from, and you’re gonna find that your mama and
your grandpa, andthousands years where you came from, you have no
hope, no chance at all. And this thing that has been offered to us is so
precious that we’re gonna throw off to the side like it’s not worth
discussing in the word.
Now. This is the Apostle Paul, and when the seven days were almost
ended, the Jews, which were in. Were of Asia, when they saw him in the
temple, stirred up all the people and laid hands on him. Speaking about
the Apostle Paul, getting right into a conversation, crying out. Now they
got a hold of the Apostle Paul.
The children of Israel have got a hold of him because he was in the
temple in Jerusalem. The exact same temple that Jesus Christ said, not
one stone is gonna be left upon. It’s the exact same place that Stephen
said, Jesus said, he shall destroy this place.
men of Israel help. This is the man that teacheth all men. How many
men? All, all men everywhere against, look, what’s that say against the
people Now, what people do you think he’s talking about? The Jewish
people, the children of Israel. Look, it says right there that teaches to all
men, everywhere against the people.
That means the children of Israel and the law, which is Moses. And this
place, you guys see that? This is what the Apostle Paul says. They’re
saying it, the children of Israel is going to help. This is the man. This is
the man that’s speaking against the city, speaking against the people
and speaking against the temple.
Now, what side is the apostle Paul being accused of? If we go back to
the prophets and if you’re gonna be on Hananiah’s side or Jeremiah’s
side, what side is the Apostle Paul on right now? Jeremiah, he’s on
Jeremiah’s side. All I’m wanting to know is when it changed.?
next, please.
For they had seen before with him in the city whom they suppose that
Paul had brought into the temple and all the city was moved and the
people ran together and they took Paul and drew him out of the temple.
Where was he at? See, this took place on the temple mount. It didn’t
take place in Africa.
China. It took place on the Temple Mount, which is the exact same
argument that is in the church today, spiritually and physically, and all
the city was moved and people ran together and they took Paul and
drew him out of the temple and for with the doors were shut. And as they
were about to kill him, what were the children of Israel going to do to the
Apostle Paul?
Kill him. He’s on Jeremiah’s side, isn’t he?
Tidings came into the chief captain of the band that all Jerusalem was in
an uproar. See, we can specifically say it was in the city of Jerusalem
and it was on the Temple Mount. And I’m gonna show you exactly where
this conversation took place because it tells us where are they at? They
just shut the doors on the temple.
That’s where they’re at. They just grabbed a hold of them. Listen, and
let’s see what they’re doing to ’em. And when they saw the chief captain
and the soldiers, they left beating Paul. So when they said they went to
go kill him, they was gonna beat him to death.
And that’s exactly what they were doing to him on the Temple Mount,
beating him to death. we’re jumping up to verse 40 because they
stopped the fighting and the beating of him. And they took him from the
crowd to save his life. And we see verse 40, it says, and when he had
given him silence, Paul stood in the stairs.
And what stairs do you think he’s standing at? People. What stairs do
you think he’s standing at?
And beckoned with the hand to the people. And when there was made a
great silence, he’s spoken to them in the Hebrew tongue. They can’t
even walk away from this conversation and say, well, he spoke in a
language. we couldn’t even understand it because Paul could speak in
many languages and he deliberately spoke in the tongue of the children
of Israel.
That they would have no miscommunication about what God hath said.
Now you go to the next chapter and you just continue to keep reading
and the Apostle Paul is given a testimony. Listen, a testimony to the
children of Israel, how his life was changed and how his eyes were
blinded. How he was blind, how he could not see physically, which is a
representation of how he could not see spiritually.
Then his eyes were open physically, which was a healing miracle, which
is a representation of how the Lord opened his eyes spiritually. Would
you guys agree with that? That’s why we’re able to sing songs once I
was blind, but now I see that’s 100% spiritual.
He gives the testimony on the road to Damascus and we’re gonna jump
right in to where he is blind. And one Ananias had devout man according
to the law. Speaking of Ananias having a good report, this is a good guy.
You wanna talk about the children of Israel. This right here is the A good
Jew. This right here is the devout Jew, and he says, in a good report of
all Jews, which Dwelt there.
Verse 13 came into me. Stood and said unto me, brother Saul received
thy sight and the same hour I looked upon him and he said, the God of
our fathers have chosen thee
That thee doesn’t mean you. He chose Paul no different than he chose
John the Baptist. And he was filled with the Holy Ghost in the womb of
Elizabeth, his mother. You wasn’t filled with the Holy Ghost in your
mama’s womb before you was born. See, we wanna raise ourselves
above those that came before us.
We won’t even recognize they were chosen. We won’t even esteem
them chosen, but we esteem ourselves as chosen. It says, and he said,
the God of our fathers have chosen thee, that thou should us know his
will. Who’s gonna know God’s will? Who’s gonna know God’s will Paul,
isn’t he? That thou should us know his will and see that just one.
And should us hear the voice of his mouth. Have you ever seen Jesus
Christ stand before you? Oh, I hear a lot of testimony of people that say
he has, and then why doesn’t their words line up with the Apostle Paul’s
words? The Apostle Paul seen Jesus. He is an eye witness that he still
lives because Jesus Christ appeared to him.
We’re reading it right here. This is a prophecy spoken to him. That this
was going to happen through Ananias, for thou shall be a witness unto
all men of what thou has seen and heard. Now, why Tarriest thou, terra
thou arise and be baptized and wash away thy sins, calling upon the
name of the Lord. And it came to pass that when I was come again to
Jerusalem.
Now where he head to. Where did the Apostle Paul go at all the cities of
the world? Where’d he go? The exact same city that we’re discussing
right now. And Paul went to Jerusalem even while I prayed in the
temple. So after his eyes was open, where’d he go? He went to
Jerusalem. He went to the Temple Mount and he went and he prayed.
Guys, see this? And it says, even while I prayed in the temple, I was in a
trance. Now you can talk about being in a trance, but it’s not recorded.
This trance right here is recorded ’cause the Apostle Paul is special and
it says this and saw him saying unto me, see these are the Apostle
Paul’s words.
This is the Apostle Paul. don’t forget, he’s on the stairs at the Temple
Mount speaking to the children of Israel about what happened to him in
that temple right there, that they just shut the door beating him.
And I saw him saying to me, make haste. Get the quickly out of
Jerusalem for they will not receive thy testimony concerning me, who’s
not gonna receive the testimony of Jesus Christ. his testimony of Jesus
Christ. Who’s Jesus Christ talking about He talking about the children of
Israel, isn’t he?
Now, how can we say he’s against the Jews and the children of Israel
when the Apostle Paul is a Jew of the tribe of Benjamin himself? this
isn’t an argument about the children of Israel per say and the Jew. It has
to do with an Argument about those that follow after Jesus Christ.
And I said, Lord, they know that I have imprisoned and beaten every
synagogue. Them that believed on me. And when the blood of thy
martyr listen. And when the blood of Stephen was shed, remember the
day that we just read about what was Stephen accused of speaking?
Yes. Against the children of Israel, against the temple, against that,
against the wall.
And I also was standing by and consented unto his death. That means
the Apostle Paul was there. And kept the remnant of them that slew him.
And he said unto me, this is what Jesus said unto Paul. He said unto
me, depart for, I will send the far hints into the Gentiles. Now he was
sent to us and when we read these.
These teachings when what we call the New Testament, and the Apostle
Paul almost wrote all the New Testament, and he was specifically
special chosen to teach us, Where in the teachings of the Apostle Paul,
when are the cursings turn back to a blessing according to that city. The
temple and the land of Israel.
When it turn back to a blessing,
we see that the Apostle Pauls on Jeremiah’s side, we see that Jesus
Christ is on Jeremiah’s side. We see that Steven is on Jeremiah’s side
and I want to ask you today, what side do you, on Jeremiah, you see
where we’re divided in the church? You see where we’re divided. I told
you that something happens that causes the 10 virgins to divide a
controversy, an argument, a battle.
There are definitely two sides. This is where we are in the body of Christ.
This is where we are, if you want to call it a season. If you, this is where
we are before the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. This is where we’re
at. We’re beginning to separate next, please.
Well, that was quick. Alright, now let’s look at a couple videos. Okay.
And. This battle that I’m talking about right now, this battle that we’re
talking about right now, okay, that’s been going on for 2,500 years.
2,600. 2,700 years, okay? This battle right here, and we see now listen,
we see where Jesus is at.
We see where Stephen is at. We see where the Apostle Paul is at. We
understand and see spiritually the battle that’s taken place, okay? And
all we’re gonna do is listen to some videos Can you see the battle, the
spiritual battle? Can you see what’s going on spiritually in the church
today?
Hit it, please.
His watchmen are blind. They are all ignorant. They are all dumb dogs.
They cannot bark sleeping, lying down, loving to slumber. They are
shepherds that cannot understand. Yes. If you get Israel wrong, yes, sir.
You’re gonna get Jesus wrong.
Now I’m saying amen to that. Do you see how Jeremiah can say, man.
To Hananiah’s words,
you see? See how that just took place right before your eyes? That’s
spiritual. That just happened because if you can’t get Israel right, then
you can’t get Jesus right, and we got Israel, right? You know why?
Because we got Jesus. Right. Number one in our hearts, him, not
ourselves. Now, let’s see the spiritual battle that’s going on in the church
right now.
I mean, these are things that I’ve taken from my phone this week. Hit it.
This is organized. Yeah, it’s, it’s definitely a structured attack and, uh,
very coordinated and it’s kind of coming from all fronts. I saw some
statistic that on TikTok, which is where a lot of people get their
information, unfortunately, unfortunately, it’s something like, for every
one positive story about Israel, there’s coordinated, planned like 300.
Positive stories about the other side. Right? And so it’s almost this uphill
battle that’s being really waged against this narrative that Israel is evil,
that Israel is an oppressor, and that, you know, it’s right and it’s righteous
to stand against the Israeli government because of what they’re doing.
But we also, it’s, it’s not even just consider the source because
sometimes the source seems credible. Sometimes the source that we’re
hearing promote this narrative, this anti-Israel narrative. Is sources that
we have trusted in the past. Yeah, yeah. But I, I like to think of it in terms
of, just because someone’s conservative doesn’t mean that they have
Christian values.
It doesn’t mean that they’re an expert on the Bible and what does the
Bible say? And as far as I can see, the Bible didn’t rescind God’s
commandment to stand behind Israel and to bless Israel. I don’t see
where he took that back, like you were saying. And so I think it’s very
important to keep in mind when we’re seeing all of this negative press
about Israel, negative press, about being a Zionist, a Christian Zion.
I mean, unfortunately, Tucker Carlson made a direct attack against
Christian Zionists. Yeah. People who just believe that Jews deserve a
home in Israel, and that that’s their place. Yeah. He made an attack
against them. But we have to consider, is this what the Bible says, and
why is it important for me as a Christian to push back against this anti-
Zionist, anti-Semitic narrative?
This is organized. Yeah, it’s, it’s definitely a structured attack and, uh,
very coordinated and it’s. Kind of coming from all fronts. I saw some
statistic that on TikTok, which is where a lot of people get their
information, unfortunately.
Unfortunately, it’s something like for every one positive story about
Israel, there’s coordinated, planned like 300 positive stories about the
other side, right? And so it’s almost this. Uphill battle that’s being really
waged against this narrative that Israel is evil, that Israel is an
oppressor, and that you know it’s right and it’s righteous to stand against
the Israeli government because of what they’re doing.
But we also, it’s, it’s not even just consider the source because
sometimes the source seems credible. Sometimes the source that we’re
hearing promote this narrative. This anti-national narrative is sources
that we have trusted in the past. Yeah, yeah. But I, I like to think of it in
terms of, just because someone’s conservative doesn’t mean that they
have.
Christian values, it doesn’t mean that they’re an expert on the Bible and
what does the Bible say? And as far as I can see, the Bible didn’t rescind
God’s commandment to stand behind Israel and to bless Israel. I don’t
see where he took that back, like you were saying. And so I think it’s
very important to keep in mind.
When we’re seeing all of this negative press about Israel negative press,
about being a Zionist, a Christian Zionist, I mean, unfortunately, Tucker
Carlson made a direct attack against Christian Zionists. Yeah. People
who just believe that Jews deserve a home in Israel and that that’s their
place. Yeah. He made an attack against that.
But we have to consider, is this what the Bible says, and why is it
important for me as a Christian to push back against this anti-Zionist,
anti-Semitic? Narrative. Okay. That’s a lot right there, isn’t it? It is a lot,
but we can siphon through all that. Do you guys see the battle? Do you
guys see that now?
She says, I don’t see where the blessings were ever changed into a
curse. What she just got done saying, I don’t see where the Lord has,
has changed his mind on the blessings of the children of Israel. And
that’s why I’m saying they don’t read the Bible. They’re not reading their
Bible, they’re not reading it.
’cause we’ve been studying and Jeremiah cursed the children of Israel
and Hananiah was blessing the children of Israel and we find out that
Hananiah was the false prophet, and Jeremiah was the true prophet.
And we find that the Apostle Paul and the disciples and Jesus Christ
himself and even Stephen that did miracles and wonders, man, you are
looking for signs and miracles and wonders.
And that man was, had power. Power that you don’t have. And he was
speaking outta his mouth, against the exact same people, the exact
same city. And he gave his life for it. He gave his life for it. And you got
them lying Preachers right there telling you that they’re blessed, not
cursed. And if you get on that side, the curse is gonna come upon you
and you better get on this side because when you speak a blessing on
the children of Israel, God’s gonna bless you.
Crazy aint it? Mm-hmm. I want to know when it changed. Hit me another
video.
This is a time for you to receive miracles. Yes. And listen to this in
Genesis 12, three and, and we’re gonna talk this whole month about,
um, the attack trying to bring Christians to not stand with Israel. You’ve
gotta understand in Genesis 12 three, this isn’t a pastor saying, I’ll bless
those who bless you.
And I will curse those who curse you. This isn’t a pastor, this isn’t a
rabbi, it’s not a politician. This is the creator of the universe. This is
Hashem. This is Almighty God. This is the king of kings and the Lord of
large. Yes. And right now we, we are having a battle going on a spiritual
battle, right?
With people who call themselves Christians, who people who call
themselves. Lovers of the Bible talking against Israel, and listen to me,
you, you need to know what the word of God says, and we’re gonna talk
about this. You need to understand what the word of God says, and you
need to understand that right now there is a spiritual line being drawn in
the kingdom of God, and you’re either gonna be on the side of Israel and
blessing those, or you’re gonna be the on the side of the devil.
That’s cursing those.
Now we’re talking about the exact same thing. People we’re talking
about, the exact same spiritually, the exact same one. Now what side
are we gonna be on?
I’m not talking about becoming a Democrat. It has nothing to do without
being a Democrat or Republican. It has nothing to do with politics. It has
everything to do about his son, Jesus Christ. Amen. I am a conservative
Republican, conservative. I am more conservative than I am a
Republican, but I am a conservative Republican.
I am not a Democrat. So when they begin to start speaking about, we
have conservatives that are speaking evil, against the children of Israel,
and they’re not Christians, who am I lifting up today? Who am I lifting
up? Jesus, Jesus. That makes me a worshiper of Jesus. That makes me
a follower of Jesus.
Whose words are we reading today? Jesus. We’re reading scripture out
of the Old Testament and the New Testament, and we’re seeing it’s
about Jesus Christ’s son, not about you, it’s about him. My question to
you today is what side are you on right now, spiritually today?
Antisemitism is fostered by demonic spirit. It’s an evil spirit that hates
truth. The Jewish people beginning in Genesis, the 12th chapter, were
the people who brought to the nations of the world the revelation of
God’s truth. The Bible, the the Torah of the first five books of the Bible
given by Moses, but every book in the Bible written by Jewish people.
If the Jewish people had not existed, there would be no Bible, there
would be no first family of Christianity, Mary Joseph, and Jesus. There
would be no prophets. There would be. Nothing of the things that we
cherished, all of those things were given to us by the hand of the Jewish
people. They brought light to the world.
The Prince of darkness is the devil himself, and he hates anything that
produces light. Therefore, the Christian community needs to get
themselves informed. Basically from the word of God about God’s love
for the Jewish people, the abuse the Jewish people have taken from the
hands of people who called themselves Christians, specifically in the
Crusades that were seven in number, where hundreds of thousands of
Jewish people were murdered by people carrying a cross in one hand
and a sword in the other hand.
They have endured hell for 2000 years until Israel became a state. Now
they can stand up for themselves and the nations of the world want them
to sign a peace treaty with the people who are trying to destroy them.
God bless you, Mr. Prime Minister. Fight until you have total victory. And
if you’re on the wrong side, then all you gotta do is say, Lord Jesus, I’m
sorry.
I am sorry that instead of listening to your teachings, I chose to listen to
the teachings of men and I repent. That means turn, turn around and
begin to start doing what? Reading the word. Reading the teachings of
the Apostle Paul, reading the teachings of Jesus Christ, going back and
reading the teachings of our Lord and Savior because his words are the
same yesterday, today, and tomorrow.
Amen. Amen. Okay, let’s stand. Lord Jesus. Father God, as we come
before you this morning, father, I just thank you. For truly your believing
upon your son that he gave his life for us definitely breaks the bondage
of sin. And Lord Jesus, I pray, father, that you would, those father that
there eyes that are in the church have went closed.
They have become slumbering in their spiritual walk with you. Or they
have fallen asleep. I pray father, that they would truly be spiritually
awakened and Father they would run and go get some oil for the lamps.
And Father, I pray, Lord Jesus, that we would prepare our hearts for
your second coming and I pray this in Jesus’ name.
Everybody said amen. Amen. God bless you guys.
